IMPORTANT FINANCIAL INFO

How would  I be charged for the anesthesia services?

The anesthesiologist is a consulting physician who evaluates you before the operation, ensures a safe, individualized anesthetic during the entire procedure.  Like other medical specialists, the anesthesiologist will charge for the services, and this fee will be separate from the surgeon’s or a dentist’s fee. Unlike a hospital bill, all charges for medical supplies, intravenous medications are included in your anesthesia bill.

Please consult your dentist for an estimated fee based on the time needed to complete your work. Insurance reimbursements varies depending on the surgery, age and medical needs of the patient and more importantly your level of of insurance benefits.

The dental office staff will provide the appropriate procedure codes and a billing statement for insurance filing. Please contact your insurance provider for specific coverage based on these codes.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not take personal checks unless arrangements have been made in advance.  We provide the best care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, any net balance is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact your respective dental office financial coordinator. Often, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.  Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Total final sedation fee may vary upon the total time required for the actual treatment rendered and is based upon x-rays findings, clinical evaluation, and diagnosis by the dentist. We do not participate with any insurance including Medicaid, TRICARE, United Concordia or Medicare or accept their payments/fees schedule. Please contact your insurance to verify your benefits. Any payments from your insurance would be sent directly to you. We do not accept any insurance payments on your behalf.  A billing summary statement will be provided after the appointment. The statement can be used for filing with your insurance.
